  • Chakra Flow

Demystify the energetic anatomy of the seven-chakra system and learn how to use yogic tools to create balancing practices around each chakra’s unique qualities and influence on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Using the chakra system as a map, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to craft inspiring masterclasses and workshops that move beyond the physical body and into the subtle energetic layers. Expect themed, creative namaskars, intelligent sequencing toward peak poses, and the integration of pranayama, mudra, and mantra.

Kashmir Shaivism: The Heart of Classical Tantra

Dive into the nondual philosophy of classical tantra through the sophisticated tradition of Kashmir (Trika) Shaivism. This module bridges body and mind through both intellectually rigorous study and devotional practice.

You’ll explore teachings on consciousness (Shiva) and energy (Shakti), storytelling and mythology, initiated mantra, meditation practices, and philosophical inquiry — cultivating a lived understanding of “All is One” through discernment, devotion, and embodied experience.

    Trauma-Sensitive Yoga

This module equips you to create trauma-informed yoga spaces grounded in safety, choice, and empowerment. You’ll explore the physiology of stress and trauma, the autonomic nervous system, and common defense responses, gaining a clear understanding of how trauma affects the body and behavior.

You’ll learn trauma-sensitive language, inclusive teaching principles, professional scope and boundaries, and how to integrate asana, breathwork, meditation, and somatic tools through a neurobiological lens, creating classes that support regulation, resilience, and empowerment.

    Embodied Calm: Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nidra

Explore Embodied Calm, a trauma-sensitive approach to Yoga Nidra designed to cultivate deep rest, nervous-system regulation, and inner safety. You’ll examine the differences between traditional Yoga Nidra and trauma-sensitive adaptations, alongside the scientific foundations of non-sleep deep rest.

This training provides practical guidance for teaching, including preparation, pacing, language, and script development, emphasising agency, minimising triggers, and creating grounded, restorative experiences accessible to diverse populations.

    Advanced Anatomy, Physiology & Biomechanics

Develop a deeper understanding of how the body moves safely and efficiently in yoga practice. This module explores joint function, muscular coordination, spinal mechanics, core stability, and functional alignment principles.

You’ll study muscle activation patterns, flexibility, fascia, hypermobility, and proprioception, gaining tools to offer intelligent adaptations and therapeutic, injury-preventive teaching for diverse bodies.

    Accessible Yoga & Restorative Yoga

True accessibility goes beyond offering modifications. This module explores inclusive language, intelligent sequencing, prop usage, and creating physical and emotional space for diverse bodies and abilities.

You’ll learn how to design genuinely all-level classes using the mat, chair, and wall, while integrating trauma-sensitive awareness, ensuring every student feels welcome, supported, and empowered.

    Safe Assists and Adjustments

Learn the art of skillful, consent-based assists and adjustments. This module teaches when, how, and why to offer physical support — and when not to.

Through hands-on practice, you’ll develop confidence in offering safe, biomechanically sound assists rooted in clear communication and trauma-informed consent, using touch as a powerful teaching tool with integrity and respect.

    Prenatal Yoga

Journey into women’s health and wellbeing through a trauma-informed exploration of pregnancy and core functionality. You’ll study the physical changes of pregnancy, intra-abdominal pressure management, and safe, intelligent adaptations for dynamic and restorative practice.

This module equips you to guide students through pregnancy with confidence, clarity, and care — supporting both strength and softness during a transformative life stage.

    The Neuroscience of Yoga

Bridge yogic tradition with evidence-based research to understand how yoga influences the brain, nervous system, and overall well-being. You’ll explore foundational neuroscience, stress physiology, emotional regulation, and autonomic balance.

Through a scientific lens, you’ll examine meditation, mantra, mudra, sound, and philosophy — gaining tools to sequence classes responsively and create safe, transformative experiences grounded in nervous-system awareness.

    Tattva Mandala Vinyasa

Break free from linear sequencing and explore circular, 360-degree movement inspired by Ayurvedic principles and the tantric tattva system. This creative methodology honours the Pancha Mahabhutas, the five great elements, in dynamic, fluid transitions.

Learn to craft playful, intelligently sequenced practices that integrate elemental wisdom and bring depth, meaning, and embodied philosophy to your classes.

    Creative Theming & Mythology

Learn to weave mythic storytelling and yogic philosophy into embodied practices for inspired living. This module explores bhakti yoga, chanting, kirtan, and mythology as gateways to soulful, theme-based classes.

You’ll develop your authentic voice, build a sustainable theme library, and learn practical integration strategies that elevate your teaching while conserving energy in a busy teaching life.

    Pranayama & Meditation In-Depth

Explore breathwork and meditation as powerful tools for nervous-system regulation, clarity, and expanded awareness. You’ll study the anatomy and physiology of respiration alongside classical and contemporary pranayama techniques.

The meditation component covers mindfulness, concentration practices, loving-kindness, and deep relaxation methods — cultivating inner stillness and confident, skillful facilitation.

Business of Yoga: Building a Sustainable Life

Transform your passion into a sustainable livelihood. This module offers practical tools for building a mindful yoga business — from marketing and community building to workshops, retreats, online offerings, and teacher trainings.

Learn how to bridge the gap between part-time teaching and a full-time career with clarity, strategy, and integrity.

    The Ethics of Teaching Yoga

Teaching yoga is a profound responsibility. This module explores scope of practice, trauma-informed communication, inclusivity, and the ethical foundations of teaching.

Through the lens of the yamas and niyamas, you’ll cultivate integrity, humility, and mindfulness, building the foundation for teaching with authenticity and deep care for your students.
