    The Principles of Movement Biomechanics
Building upon what you have learned in your 200-hour teacher training, his module is provides an in-depth exploration of how the body moves, focusing on the foundational concepts of osteokinematics, load and force distribution, core stability, spinal alignment, functional movement, and biomechanical tension lines. You will learn to integrate these principles into yoga and other movement practices, as well as daily life for improved mobility, strength, and injury prevention.

    Spanda Chakra Flow
Using the Chakras as inspiration, this module teaches advanced sequencing techniques designed to build toward a peak asana or sequence.
