Nikolina is a Co-founder of EQUILIBRIUM YOGA STUDIO and certified teacher of Integral (Spanda) Vinyasa yoga. Helena Predojevic, Zagreb

For Helena, movement has been an intricate part of her life since childhood. From gymnastics, synchronised swimming, ballet and flamenco to tennis and running. She started practicing yoga in 2013., and five years later did her 200-hour TTC with Nina, learning the Spanda Vinyasa Method in Sangha she still practices and teaches today. Helena teaches regular classes in a dance studio as well as occasionally in Yoga Place, a studio where she first stepped on a yoga mat.

Jenessa is an artist, massage therapist, and 500 hour yoga teacher. She seeks to combine the elements of breath, movement, color, and personal expression in her flow of life. Initially drawn to the physical benefits of yoga as a collegiate runner, Jenessa discovered the internal strength and groundness it afforded to her daily life as well. She completed her 200 hour with Santa Barbara’s Yoga Soup during the pandemic to support her home practice. When she came across Spanda Institute’s 300 hour Trauma Sensitive offering she knew she’d found the next layer of her studies. The Spanda method provides a gentle container for combining healing movement with breath. Jenessa is a Colorado native and loves to be active outdoors. For many years, Anne Lyse has been interested in different holistic disciplines focusing on health, especially mental health. She studied cooking in France and then specialized in ayurvedic cooking and nutrition and has done a 200-hour YTTC with Spanda Institute in Portugal, where she lives. Yoga Teacher Training with Spanda allowed her to bring together Yoga and Ayurveda and share it through private sessions and weekend retreats. Mojca lives in a small yet beautiful and diverse Slovenia. She has a master’s degree in International Relations and a diploma in Ecology – Nature Conservation program. She chose those programs in order to help make positive changes concerning mother Earth, but the universe had a different plan. She did her first yoga teacher training with Nina Vukas and started teaching yoga in Slovenia and Croatia.
