This 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is created for certified Yoga Teachers who would like to deepen their knowledge of Yoga and body/mind and find new inspiration for teaching. This hybrid training starts with the online pre-training part created to help you prepare for the three intensive weeks and cover additional topics. It continues in Portugal, in our beautiful retreat centre just north of Ericeira, and 45 min away from Lisbon. We call this training course "The Alchemy of Transformation", suggesting our intention - giving you tools to become an alchemist of your transformation, so you can teach and inspire others from experience.

This week is devoted to exploring the tools we use as Yoga teachers and practitioners. We will explore Asana through a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology before we move into the exploration of the breath and the mind.

This 50-hour module is a part of our 300-hour Advanced TTC, but we are opening some spots for those who wish to join us for this week only. The module is open to all Yoga Teachers who would like to learn how to apply Trauma Informed principles in their teaching, regardless of their teaching style or method. Apart from the in-person part of the training, you will have 5 hours of online pre-training.
