During the training, you will learn a comprehensive Spanda Yoga Method created by the Institute's founder Nina Vukas (E-RYT 500, RPYT, IAYT) and enriched by our proficient faculty. 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Slovenia
We are excited to announce another Spanda Yoga Teacher Training in Maribor, Slovenia, led by our local teacher and faculty member, Anja Kaloh. This 11-month program is structured over weekends and includes a blend of in-person and online components, offering both flexibility and depth. Some weekends will follow a hybrid format, with one day in-person and the other covered through recorded materials. Others will be fully in-person, while certain weekends—such as during the summer and December—will be entirely online, allowing you to balance your studies with your holidays. Please note that while the in-person training will be conducted in Slovenian, the online lectures and course materials are in English.

We are excited to announce another Spanda Yoga Teacher Training at Soma Yoga Studio in London, led by Soma founder and key team member, Gea Krajcar. This 6-month training offers a balanced blend of in-person and online learning. As with all our trainings, this course includes online lectures with our expert faculty, such as Yoga History and Tradition with our founder Nina Vukas, Anatomy and Injuries with Teresa Wohlmannstetter, and the Nervous System with neuroscientist Marina Moric.

We’re delighted to announce our transformative 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Torino, Italy. Beginning in November 2026, this program will be led by Stefania Avolese, our alumna and co-founder of Terra Yoga Torino, where the training will be held. The in-person training will be conducted in Italian, while the online component will be delivered in English.
